The meeting was led by the President of Centro Caribe Sports, Luis Mej\u00eda Oviedo; the President of the Organizing Committee, Jos\u00e9 Monegro; the Minister of Housing and Buildings, Ito Bison\u00f3; and the Minister of Sports, Kelvin Cruz, along with the authorities who are part of the various commissions responsible for the sports facilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
During the session, a detailed review of the progress of the facilities at the Juan Pablo Duarte Olympic Center was conducted, verifying compliance with the timeline established for the delivery of each venue. It was highlighted that the planning remains in \u201cgreen light\u201d status, ensuring that the works are progressing as scheduled and providing confidence to the national Olympic committees that will participate in the regional event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Among the main points discussed was the F\u00e9lix S\u00e1nchez Olympic Stadium, which will host the opening ceremony and the athletics competitions, as well as the evaluation of the various venues that make up the sports complex.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
