ARCHERY AND WOMEN’S FOOTBALL COMPETE FOR CENTRAL AMERICA AND THE CARIBBEAN AT PARIS 2024
This Thursday at 9:30 a.m., French time, the competitions at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games continue with the women’s individual qualification round of recurve archery, with the participation of five athletes.
They are the Mexican Alejandra Valencia, Angela Ruiz and Ana Vazquez, as well as the Colombian Ana Rendón Martínez and the Puerto Rican Alondra Rivera.
Likewise, the men’s recurve archery qualification will begin at 2:15 p.m. local time at the Invalides, the venue for this sport.
The Central Caribbean region will have seven athletes competing: Jorge Enrique, Santiago Arcila, Andrés Hernández Vera from Colombia, Hugo Franco from Cuba, Oscar Ticas from El Salvador, Matías Grande and Carlos Rojas from Mexico.
The line-up of sports where members of Centro Caribe Sports compete in the Paris 2024 Olympic Games concludes with women’s soccer and the participation of Colombia, when at 9:00 p.m. (local time), they face the French at the Lyon Stadium.
