ARUBAN OLYMPIC COMMITTEE APPOINTS NEW TECHNICAL DIRECTOR
On October 31, the Aruban Olympic Committee (COA) appointed Monica Fajardo Rico as its new Technical Director, replacing Edmundo Josiah, to head the Sports Directorate with the COA’s technical department.
According to the COA press release, Josiah has been transitioning knowledge to the new Technical Director for the past five years.
Fajardo is also a National Olympic Committee Methodologist, and has been part of Aruba’s different sporting events, including the XXIV Central American and Caribbean Games, San Salvador 2023.
