CENTRO CARIBE SPORTS CHANNEL WILL BROADCAST THE MEETING DE LA MARTINIQUE
For the first time Centro Caribe Sports will arrive on the island of Martinique, to broadcast the Martinique National Meeting next Saturday May 27th, a World Athletics Continental Tour event at the Louis Achille Stadium, with the participation of 11 countries.
This event will be broadcast on Centro Caribe Sports Channel’s YouTube platform, starting at 4:30 in the afternoon. Olympic, World and Central American and Caribbean Games champion, Javier Sotomayor of Cuba will be present.
The Martinique National Meeting is scheduled to begin with the children’s events, to continue with the Para Athletics 100m wheelchair, men’s pole vault, men’s and women’s 400m, 200m in both genders, women’s long jump, men’s discus, and 100m and 110m hurdles.
Delegations from Barbados, Cayman Islands, Dominica, Cuba, Trinidad & Tobago, Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, as well as athletes from Mayotte, Reunion Island, Comoros Island and Host Martinique, will bring the excited and competitiveness of athletics to this competition.
About Mayotte and Reunion, both islands are located in the Indian Ocean, and belong to the French Overseas Department, while the Comoros is located in the southeast of Africa continent.
