Baseball for the Central American and Caribbean Games, San Salvador 2023, will have its last guest in February, when the qualifier for the Central American countries will be played from the 6th to the 12th of this month at the Soberania National Stadium.

This event will have the participation of the teams of Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, and Nicaragua, where the champion will qualify to the multisport competition.
The competition is scheduled to be played at 11:00 a.m. and 6:30 p.m., Nicaraguan time, during the group phase. On Sunday 12, will be the definition for the positions from one to four, and the quota to San Salvador 2023.

For the XXIV Central American and Caribbean Games, San Salvador 2023, El Salvador (host), Mexico, Venezuela, Cuba and Dominican Republic have already qualified, these four delegations via WBSC ranking, as well as Puerto Rico and Curaçao, these last two, through the IV Caribbean Cup played in Bahamas in December 2022.

This sport is scheduled to be played in San Salvador 2023, from June 25 to 30 at the Saturnino Bengoa Stadium.
Puerto Rico will be defending the title achieved in the last version of the Central American and Caribbean Games, held in Barranquilla, Colombia, in 2018.
