Panama City Hosts the Central American and Caribbean Karate Camp
Centro Caribe Sports, with the support of Pandeportes and the Panamanian Olympic Committee, concludes its international sports program with the Karate (Kumite) Camp.
Under the guidance of renowned Sensei Douglas Brose, Panama City becomes the epicenter of regional karate by hosting the Central American and Caribbean Karate Camp.
This event brings together representatives from over 27 countries, all members of the regional organization, which began its centennial celebration with the “Huellas en Paris 2024” project, the Centennial Summit, and Sports Camps. It has established itself as a space for learning, cultural exchange, and preparation for high-performance sports.
With the backing of Pandeportes and the Panamanian Olympic Committee, the camp aims to strengthen athletes’ technical and tactical skills, promoting excellence in a discipline that embodies discipline, respect, and personal growth. This camp features three sessions that enhance the experience, fostering integration and sports development in this ancient martial art throughout the region.
