Helen Acevedo || The organizing committee of Santo Domingo 2026 has officially unveiled the Barrancolí as the mascot of the Central American and Caribbean Games of the Centennial.
Small in size but big at heart, Colí represents the agility, energy, passion, and unity of the peoples of the Caribbean and Central America.
Its colors symbolize nature, courage, purity, and the sea that connects us all.
It also carries an environmental message as an ambassador of Dominican biodiversity.
🇩🇴 Colí takes flight toward historic Games.
